Pappy's Place - Springfield

I visited for the first time today, and the food was excellent. The staff members were very friendly, and the atmosphere was pleasant. I’ll definitely be returning soon!

This unassuming little restaurant really impressed me. I had heard good things about it, so while we were in Springfield for the day, we decided to stop by for a late lunch. The food was surprisingly delicious, and the prices were reasonable. If you're in the mood for BBQ, I would definitely recommend this place.

I absolutely adore everything about this place! I’ve been coming here for many years, and it always feels like home with its cozy atmosphere. The food is some of the best in town—everything I’ve tried off the menu has been delicious. I particularly love their big, homemade cheeseburgers and onion rings, but their BBQ ribs and smoked pork chops are outstanding too. In fact, everything is fantastic! The drinks are amazing, with ice-cold beer served in frosty mugs. The service is always great, and the staff are wonderful people who greet everyone with a smile. You don’t come across charming little hole-in-the-wall places like this gem anymore, so I highly recommend you give it a try—you won’t be disappointed!

Backyard bash sort of feel. Very midwest. Very hole in the wall! Excellent service. Ps the open mic is outside so don't be upset when there's no A/C. Its worth it :
