Papo's Cafe - Springfield

The coffee is great and it's a fun spot to hang out, whether you're working, reading, or catching up with a friend. I really appreciate the new addition of their terrace for outdoor seating. The only downside is that I wish they offered some vegan options on their menu.

The customer service at this restaurant is excellent, but the food is terrible. It is worse than any other restaurant or coffee shop we have ever been to. We travel frequently and have tried many places, but the eating experience here was absolutely horrible. The donuts were hard and stale, almost like cardboard. The caramel latte had a strange clump of something in it. The coffee cake was rocky and sour. The meat wrap was average, but had a bad odor. The Cali sandwich was decent until my daughter found it tasted like raw meat. It is disappointing because the service was really good, but the food quality needs serious improvement. We paid around $80 for a meal for two adults and three children, but it was basically garbage. We are so disappointed with the food that we do not want to eat here again. This place has so much potential, but the poor eating experience overshadowed everything else.

Great family friendly place to grab quick bites and delicious food. Morning time here is hard to beat! great coffee, açaí bowl and sandwiches! The staff is super sweet and it’s that way when using the drive though as well. Always recommending this place to out of town guests! Personal fav
