Panera Bread - Springfield

I always get the chicken Caesar salad and never have issue. But on two different occasions I got sick from this location. I think they leave the salad dressing out and the lettuce was not fresh!

The food was good. But I tried to order dessert after I finished my meal and they would not give me the discount. Apparently I had to buy the dessert with my dinner simultaneously.

This place really needs a pest control. Flies coming out from the food prep area as people are waiting for their food? really unpleasant to watch.

Ordered two different types of Asian salad. Apparently Panera Bread didn 't have bread... What was left? Tasteless Asian salads. Bread was not the only thing missing. Instead of the salad dressing served with those salads at other Paneras, here they usesome horrible oil and vinegar dressing, so sour, we saw the lettuce collapsing before our eyes The floors wereunclean. Impression? Poorly ran Panera. Doesn 't do justice to the brand.

This place is very inconsistent. I?ve had some positive experiences but tonight when I picked up my order it was missing the $5 bread I ordered, the Mac cheese was barely halfway full and the avocados on my salad where unripe and very hard. I will befinding a new place for quick dinner options.
