Instead of enjoying a nice meal, I ended up ordering something small and leaving disappointed. You lost a significant order that I intended to place for my office. I didn’t leave a tip either, as I believe this reflects poorly on the management. If the menu isn’t properly prepared, your staff may suffer from lost tips and customers will understandably be frustrated.
I really appreciate the healthy options that Panera offers. The food is generally excellent, and most of the time, it’s ready when they say it will be. It’s a great place to enjoy some quality meals. However, accuracy in fulfilling orders isn’t their strongest point. I travel quite a bit, and Panera is one of my go-to places, but I’ve often encountered issues with getting exactly what I ordered. Given the current challenges in the food service industry, I won’t be too harsh on them for this. I recommend that everyone double-check their order before leaving because there’s about a 50/50 chance it could be incorrect. It’s not always a complete mix-up—sometimes they just get small details wrong. For instance, if you order a breakfast sandwich and request it scrambled, you might receive it over-easy instead—or just without ice when you wanted it. I could share several examples, but given the current job market, I don’t expect improvements to come soon. On the bright side, the staff is always very friendly and quick to correct any mistakes, and the food is just so good. Pre-pandemic, they weren’t as prone to these errors, so I attribute it to the difficulty of finding reliable help these days. Overall, aside from the order accuracy, I would rate them 4 to 5 stars.
I like some of the food, but it is ridiculous that they still have no gluten free options. It's also soooo expensive for what you get! I can only eat here once in a blue moon. I used to visit here regularly when a friend and I both had the sip deal for coffee and tea, and we would meet between classes once per week to do homework and chat...but unless I have a regular plan like that, this place is too rich for me!
I am a Tordash supplier and I often this place all the time and they are very good to get their orders out and all that in 100% accuracy always recommend good settings behind the counter in any case this position
The restaurant was clean, the people served were happy and happy. the food was hot and delicious! great to breakfast.
