Nicola's - Springfield

If you are looking for fine Italian dinning, Nicholas's should be high on your list. It's not cheap, but the food is top notch. All waiting staff are top-regal people, bread is refilled, water glasses are cut off. Overall very good service. Good is well prepared and served quickly.

Great food! Great atmosphere! One of my favorite food and drink places. Make sure to sit on the bar side for a more lively experience.

Nicolas is one of the best facilities in Springfield. Last night, my sister, my stepmother and I went to dinner. The ambience calms, the hostess invites, and our waiter/server was a man who knows his craft. The food was probably the best food I had since the COVID lock. I would recommend the Filet Gargonzola and one of the appetizers. The cut was great and cooked PERFECTLY. Seriously, perfect. I heard her lasagna is not a second, but there is something about availability. I hear it's a court of high demand. The desserts were phenomenal. I had the Tiramisu that was great, but my sister ordered some kind of coconut and blackberry gooey cake that was the best desserts I've ever tried. The items are on the expensive side, but you pay for quality and I found it well worth the $186 price tag (plus $80 tip...I know, but he deserves it) I would recommend this place to anyone except for proven Karen's. I will definitely come back. Next time, I'll take pictures.

If you want the feeling of fine food, this is the place to go and you pay for this feeling. The staff was friendly. A nice wine card you will pay for it) All in all, it is a place to go for an anniversary or special event.
