Miller's Ale House - Springfield

This location is really clean and the staff are friendly. Just double check your orders because sometimes things are forgotten. The food is very delicious overall.

Came here because of family reviews for my sisters bridal shower dinner. Party of 15, two tables ordered together. One table had to wait over 20 mins after first table. No apologies no explanation no gratitude from the manager or servers for NOT walking out.

The place is always packed. I had to try. I found fajitas with the fixations fresh and hot. drinks from the bar were well served with fresh fruit! a pet of me the place is yyuge! I will go back

Miller’s ale house is best for drinks and snacks. they have a decent menu, but nothing is vegetarian friendly. the portions are large, but eating is average. I got the nachos because my eating options were so limited. the drinks were large and cheap. that is what for the meal (the classic mojito and the apple cooler was pretty good.) the service was probably my favorite part of the place. our server was not friendly and took a long time to wait for us.

#1 I bougjt 3 drinks. I paid for the first 2 and then I paid for the third and got a burger. They ttied charging me for the 3rd drink I already paid for. #2. I had half a burger and fries left over, and they took it without ever asking if I wanted a box. Anywhere you go you`re asked if you want a box, so I`m pissed about thay. #3. They shoryed me $5.00 with the chsnge, so I didn`t even complain, just didn`y give them a tip. Great atmosphere and good food, but they don`t watch whatthey`re doing because it gets busy. You gotta be on the ball
