Faster and shorter lines than other mcdonald’s in the opposite, more precisely with their orders too. the pommes are fresh.

They may have different management I went there today with a friend to get a coffee and the front was very hating and rude I don't know if she was a manager or not, but she was very disgusting and dissuasive for me and my friend as well as all because my engagement works there and the district manager has a personal vendetta against me and I think this manager hates me and she has twice

Made a order, when I arrived to pick up the order my drinks weren’t flavorful and had no carbonation, my fries were old and stale, the nuggets were as hard as a rock, the only thing that was slightly warm was the McDouble that I ordered. I called the store to have them replace the meal and the manager on duty was extremely rude not only was she saying that she would never give out fries like that but I offered to bring everything back up to the store but she just rebudles that she doesn’t give out bad food the only thing she offered was to replace the drinks. Will not ever come to this location again terrible managers

This place changed its hours to open an hour later at 6:30 and still can’t open on time. This has happened on multiple occasions and today after waiting again the lady was RUDE when I called to ask if they were open. Hey, it’s not my fault you guys can’t open on time. Save yourself the inconvenience and go to the location on Independence. They are open when they say they are open and friendly too! These people need to open at noon so maybe they can be efficient and accurate.

Horrible. Ordered a mocha latte with two shots of liquid sweetener to get a regular latte with two shots of chocolate that I got charged additional for. They read it back and said it right but charged me extra for no reason and I didn't get what I wanted. Taste horrible definitely not what I get half the time when my order is right. Feel like it was intentional to charge more money
