Le Bledo - Springfield

Quick service. The pork belly banh mi and sugar cane juice were both excellent!

This used to be one of my favorite restaurants, but unfortunately, the quality of the food has declined. The most noticeable change is in the egg rolls. I picked up an order for dinner last night, and they've altered the filling-to-wrapper ratio so that there's now almost all wrapper and very little filling.

My experience at the restaurant was quite smooth, especially at the register, where everything went quickly. They brought my food right to my table, which was a nice touch. I grabbed a drink from the fridge on my way out. The atmosphere was pleasant, and the staff were friendly. I really enjoyed my soup; it was delicious!

I tried their chicken sandwiches and summer rolls and didn't like it at all. They don't put any sauce or effort into making it tasty, it was a waste of time and money, don't think I will try them again.

First time here. The people are awesome and inviting! I ordered combination Banh-Mi, shrimp/pork eggrolls, and a Viet coffee. Banh-mi bread was slightly toasted, SOOO yummy! The carrot slaw was watery, I haven't seen that before and didn't really like it. It made the sandwich a little soggy and changed the taste. The eggroll was small, I'm more of quality than quantity but the filling was even smaller and I really couldn't taste anything. The coffee was delicious, definitely saved the meal. Overall, I would try again if I were nearby but definitely not order the eggroll.
