Kung Fu Tea - Springfield

I lived this place. but now I would give negative stars if I could. I was so disappointed by the product and customer service. we do not usually ask for reduced sugar at this place because they were good not to make the drink too sweet, but tonight our drinks were awfully sweet as they poured sugar into them. when I asked to replace him with less sugar, they refused because we did not tell them when we ordered and that we already drank some. how do we know until we taste it? they also refused to pay back. we have dried the tassen over 3/4. I'm sorry to type them. they simply lost a frequent customer with the differentiated quality of the product and customer service. they were very rude and careless and even laughed when we left the load. my tipp to customers who go to this place: ask for reduced sugar, at least they can add sugar when they come home. but also do not expect consistent quality.

Reviewing Kung Fu Tea, our favorite Bubble Tea joint.My fiancé along with I have been here on numerous occasions. It is one of our favorite places to stop at. We use the mobile ordering all the time, and it is our favorite thing to use. My partner always gets the Strawberry Slush with Bubbles/Tapioca pearls.There have been times when the tapioca pearls have been nearly hard, sometimes firm almost soft, and sometimes just soft tapioca pearls. I love having my tapioca pearls firm to almost soft. All of their teas start off with a base ex oolong or black tea. You can also select the type of toppings that you receive foam cap, jellies, tapioca pearls aka Boba or bubbles, and there are many more. There are also a lot of milks to pick from lactaid, coconut milk, and my favorite 2%. The teas also come with sweetness level indicators as well, and sometimes finding the perfect balance can be difficult depending on which drink you get. My personal favorite has to be the Wintermelon. Just reviewing this place makes me want boba. We also tip with the mobile app a lot, because they're more trustworthy than other places.

Slow service but they're always packed and busy. I like their extended hours and endless flavors.

Easy access next to Springfield mall and yea was great. Ordered four drinks with a 2 min wait. Thanks!
