Kfc - Springfield

Went there recently to get online / mobile order. the lobby was locked, so had to go through the drive thru to pick up order. the line moved very slowly. have got everything I ordered at the end and eating was hot and well tasted. food: 5/5

The only reason why this is not 5 stars is the price. it is not cheap to eat here, but the eating is great and the staff is always friendly. food: 5/5

Worst food I ever had I ordered 3 famous bowls combos and the chicken was hard as a rock and we didn't even get our cookies and the drive thur people were so Rude I'm a manager at Hardee's and we don't treat our customers this way I will never be coming here again

Didn't give me my extra fish, shrimp tasted like it was sitting out for hours . Very rude and inconsiderate employees. Can tell by the way the park, the attitude I got when I came in to their unlocked doors.

Was out of sauce and chicken breast for sandwiches, and no sign or anything letting customers know that they are out.
