Przekaż informację zwrotnąWe decided to go to IHOP after a night out with friends. Luckily, we managed to avoid the rush. Our server, Allah, did a fantastic job and the chef was very skilled. The restaurant was clean, and the service was quick and efficient. We were able to fill our stomachs just in time before we were extremely hungry.
The food at this restaurant was decent, but it was severely understaffed. I only saw 2 waitresses and possibly only one chef. I arrived around 12:15 and placed my order at 12:45. The waitresses were very busy running around, trying to take orders, clean tables, and handle payments. The place was never more than 1/3 full, but the waitresses were struggling to keep up with all the tasks. From the time I entered until I left, I was there for nearly 2 3/4 hours. It was clear that the waitresses and chef were overwhelmed with the workload.
The waiter was amazing, despite being the only one working, he made sure our cups were always full and kept us informed on the wait time for our food. The dishes were tasty, reasonably priced, and served hot. The restaurant was clean and had a welcoming atmosphere.
On this particular day the pancakes were a little flat, but tasty. Like many restaurants, staffing has been a challenge and procedures from the before-times have had to be adjusted, but they are open for dine-in and service has been satisfactory. The food has been fine although a smidge different in presentation with new staff.
