Hana Saki: Japanese Hibachi Sushi Steak House

I absolutely love the food, but I can't stand the seating arrangement. We were sitting alone at the hibachi table when we ordered our meal and waited for 25 minutes. Then another family came and sat at our table, meaning we had to wait for them to place their order before our food was finally cooked. Waiting an hour just to see our food prepared feels a bit excessive. For 35 minutes, we were literally the only customers in the restaurant.

Great food and entertainment! I love visiting for the hibachi experience. The show is always entertaining, and the food is consistently delicious. I went in January, and it was quite quiet because of a snowstorm. They hardly had the heat on, and it was really chilly; I ended up wearing my jacket, while the hostess had her turtleneck pulled up over her nose and ears.

It's a great spot to enjoy your lunch. The food is fresh and tasty, and the restaurant is nice and clean. I give it a 4 out of 5 because the prices are a bit high compared to other sushi and hibachi places.
