Early Bird Breakfast Pub - Springfield

A few weeks ago, my friend recommended this restaurant to me, and now I find myself going there almost every week! I'm a huge fan of their food, and their loaded mimosas are simply incredible. Food: 5/5

We had a party of six, so we had to wait for a table, but it was definitely worth it. We visit Springfield every year, and this restaurant is always a must-visit. Food: 5/5.

I was looking to grab breakfast with a friend, and he suggested this restaurant, which has become one of his favorites since moving to the area. As soon as I walked in, I was struck by the unique atmosphere, which is quite different from typical breakfast spots. Our server was incredibly friendly and accommodating, especially since we took our time and ended up staying for a couple of hours. The food was delicious, and it was clear that the ingredients were high quality. Overall, I was really impressed with the experience, and I will definitely be coming back for another breakfast soon!

Alluring marketing. Check. Funky and cheeky menu. Check. Beautiful people. Check. Interesting drinks menu. Check. BUT! If you’re going to market yourself as a “Breakfast Pub” well you’d better deliver on the food. Not so here. Sausage patties from a box. Underdone broccoli in a specialty breakfast. Overdone biscuits and not enough sausage in an overpriced helping of biscuits and gravy. I really could (and probably should have) do far better at home. As my spouse said, “We landed at a hip bar/breakfast joint. All talk. No substance.”

Best independent breakfast joint in Springfield. By chance they also have full service bar. They also have outside seating. Omelet, crispy browns and raisin bread.
