Chick-fil-a - Springfield

I don’t dine at Chick-fil-A often enough to form a strong opinion about the food, but my grandchildren absolutely love it. I do want to mention, though, that no matter how busy the restaurant gets, their drive-thru management is exceptional. It’s impressive to see how well these young employees keep everything moving at such a rapid pace. Hats off to Chick-fil-A for that! Nobody likes to wait, and at Chick-fil-A, you definitely don’t have to.

Satisfying my hunger and bringing a smile to my heart.

Not happy with this invite tonight. they forgot some of my things and during the rush hourrs of dinner when parents come with there children to dinner and to play the wut that I think closed the playroom said he had to go clean, then did not go back to clean it, he simply closed it to no reason and that was the early evening not even time to close. my food was cold and the next time better. if they close the playroom for cleaning, then they don't close it then just because it's their shift doesn't want to screw it up later.

The line is as usual around the block. So I did the right thing and parked and went in. great atmosphere safe, and was with a 5 person job in front of the car that would have been before me was on the window.

That's the worst cfa I've ever been. super slow, every time. customer service is not CFA standards. forward order makes no difference, they wait 30 minutes for a simple meal. I received a smirk and an apologies during the discussion on these problems with management. steve lowery must get this place up to cfa standards. it is a great disappointment.
