My boyfriend and I have visited several times. Each time has been great. The staff is very courteous and friendly. They are also very accommodating to my boyfriend's dietary issues, too. I love, love, love the General Tso's chicken. Very crispy in the outside while tender on the inside.

Chen's Chinese Restaurant in Springfield, NJ is a very good place for Chinese food. It isn't excellent, but it is good food. The restaurant is clean, our waitress was very polite and the service was prompt. The pork fried rice was very good. The sweet and sour pork was a good batter, but the pork was a little FATTY and hard to chew. Chicken chow mien was very tasty. Since Chen's is in a strip mall, there are a lot of parking spaces, which is convenient. I give Chen's 4 stars.
