Eating was good enjoying her my bk bacon doublecheeseburger and choc shake service was a little disappointed without coffee there was a little wait as she double duty between the counter and the uplifting did

Really love their chicken sandwiches and regular sandwiches in the regular good customer service I had no problem yet

I do not recommend this restaurant. The customer service was terrible and very unprofessional. When I arrived, the manager asked me to move forward to place my order for a chicken sandwich. After waiting for 20 minutes, I had to go inside and remind them of my order. The sandwich that was finally brought to me had pickles, despite my request for it to be made without them.

The food is usually hot and fresh, and the staff is very polite, but this particular manager is dismissive and unprofessional. It is unclear if the owners are aware of this behavior, but it is frustrating for customers. If she is unable to work a full shift, at least have the courtesy to turn off the lights to avoid inconveniencing customers like myself.

Would leave 0 stars if I could. Ordered Impossible Whoppers (because we’re vegetarian) to have some nasty white guy working there tell us that they were made out of baby fetuses. If that hadn’t ruined our appetites, the undercooked, cold impossible whoppers and cold, unsalted fries certainly would have. The place was not clean. Probably the worst fast food experience I have ever had.
