Arby's - Springfield

The eight regular cattle did it only with seven to the house and I didn't eat it on my way home! this common core mathematic does not have to be able to count eight! these are just two fingers that shy both hands when that helps?!

Quickly got my order together...I walked in to get my take out order....otherwise they forget to put the sauces in the drive through orders.Good chicken nuggets, classic roast beef was good per my husband. Like that they still have a small side salad...it wasvery good!

I was in the drive-thru and they had two cars stopped waiting on their food just passed the drive thru window and a truck that was actually at the window decided he couldn’t get out without backing up and he backed up and hit my vehicle. Once I got to the window I told the lady which I believe was the manager that those cars should not be allowed to park right there in front of the drive-through and they should pull up a little further or to the side and she got mouthy with me and so I did not pay for my food and I went somewhere else. This all could’ve been prevented by not allowing the vehicles that are waiting for their food to block other people from exiting the drive thru if they are not waiting on food. Very poor performance from the drive thru manager. She was very hateful.

Food was delicious and the service was great! I get the Reuben Everytime and am never let down!! ?

Delivery driver for several apps here. This Arbys is a great place to deliver from. Clean clean clean. Nice busy personnel super sweet. Food is hot. I wish Arbys packaged delivery orders better and made sure they were sealed. But that would add to costs I guess. Thats my only complaint at this location but it's not the staffs issue.
