The employee named Erayaena at the restaurant was incredibly rude and mistreated customers. He would argue with them without cause, and the manager did not intervene or speak up to support the customers. This kind of behavior led to very poor customer service.

Litchfield arby’s is the only arby’s I have ever gone to this, not putting red sauce on her bark cheddar. I thought restaurant chains would have to stick to the consistency of the product?
