Bob Evans Restaurant - Springfield

I have my wife here for dinner and I sat on a table for 45 minutes. when we could get a table, carry was told out, was important and they had problems with the kitchen staff. manager was rude for us and a very evil attitude. will never visit this place again.

Low service, eating and atmosphere. Previously a great place with great food. look for a beautiful restaurant, that is not it.

Extremely busy, a little short staffed like everyone. Staff was helpful, efficient, and friendly. Food was good, we had breakfast.

Nobody waited on me for 15min. Finally after getting my food. I asked for jelly for my toast. I never got it. Now I'm waiting on my check. I wonder how long this will take. I don't see her anywhere. Poor customer service

Waited forever for someone to seat us, despite restraunt being nearly empty. Waitress was new and did an outstanding job. Food was good.
