Zaxby's Chicken Fingers Buffalo Wings

Food is about what you expect, but the price is really high. You obviously think extra sauce should take you a 2nd mortgage on your house. Other local Chicken Fast Food restaurants are slightly better. I wouldn't recommend Zaxbys.

Every time I come here my order is messed up. They really need to reconsider their staff. For how much I pay to feed my family at a fast food place I would expect better service!

Love the new salad. But tried to use the card to order, apparently she didn't go. So called in order, on arrival lasted longer than normal to get order and once we came home, we lacked parts of the order, had to call and report. Spoke with Manger offered them to only correct the entrance. You

Pretty good chicken, but a little expensive if you want to be full.

Handed the guy at the drive thru my card, after informing him we had two orders. My co worker had placed an order before me, and had asked for two extra sauces. Instead of swiping my card for my meal, he charged me for the two sauces.. and after I asked him to refund me for the sauces, he acted like he didn't hear me. He then swipes my card, and I asked him again if he would refund me for the sauce he had charged me for that I didn't order. Still no response. He then hands me back my card with two more sauces (that I again didn't order), so I took my meal and left. Not sure what these guys are smoking in the drive thru, but it must be some good stuff! Bunch of idiots..
