We ate outside and had an amazing view. Service was friendly and helpful, thanks Dylan! The owner actually stopped by our table to chat a bit. They took us in earlier than our reservation. Everyone loved their meals, I had the ribs which were excellent. Highly recommend

You don't have to try too hard to have a successful dinner restaurant in Springdale. These guys definitely understand that

This was a very disappointing experience. First of all I want to commend Drake. He was a waiter and he did his absolute best and tried really hard and needs to be recognized for doing such a great job. We wanted to attend a nice, upscale steakhouse. The ambiance was OK for more of a casual rustic dining experience which we were fine with. Then, however, things went downhill. We had four menus two had one set of prices and two had higher prices. Poor Drake didn't know what to do. We went ahead and ordered the already VERY pricey steaks and salmon, assuming the lower prices would be honored. The food was fine but we did not receive any bread and there was NO ONE helping Drake. No one bussed the table ever so our appetizer and salad dishes stayed on the table. The worst thing though was that the manager Nick came out and told us the lower priced menus were wrong so we had to pay the higher price. Any other establishment would honor the lower price since that what was given to us but Nick refused and blamed it on the owner, claiming they would not let him. He, however, was the manager that night and should have had authority to do that. So we ended up playing top dollar for a meal eaten at a table never bussed, with an ok atmosphere and good food but a very sour taste in our mouth from the unpleasant encounter and poor customer service.
