Sonic Drive-in - Springdale

Ordered a big cherry coke and waited 15 minutes, while 3 cars from people who came after me all got their food and left. Finally abandoned and leave without the drink I ordered

I regret to say that my experience at this restaurant was very disappointing. I ordered a lemonade and a large root beer, but my order was messed up, and I didn't receive what I asked for. I won't be returning or spending another dime there again.

.50 corn dog tag and happy hour drink is the only time a person can afford to go Sonic! I can sit in a full service restaurant and dinner for what it costs me to go to Sonic now.

Larry is amazing! The customer service was excellent. It was a pleasure to meet him during our visit from Texas. Thank you for the birthday wishes. They turned a simple experience into something truly memorable!

I've had disappointing experiences at this restaurant during my last two visits, as they've forgotten several items from my order each time. When I inquired about the missing items, I ended up waiting twice as long as it took to receive my original order. They also frequently run out of hamburger meat and seem to be understaffed, which can lead to wait times of 20 to 30 minutes. Overall, I'm quite disappointed.
