Moki Bistro - Springdale

We were pleasantly surprised by the excellent service and delicious food. Everything we ordered, from appetizers to dessert, was outstanding. Both the quail and steak were cooked to perfection, and we were truly impressed. The dinner crowd was quite busy, so I recommend making a reservation unless you don’t mind sitting at the bar.

The food was outstanding; we haven't tasted anything of such quality in Zion. We started with the tuna carpaccio, which was light and fresh. The pasta was exceptional—our kids devoured every bite! The spit-roasted pig was a table favorite, and the fish of the day was both fresh and expertly cooked. There was so much food that we could only manage a scoop of delicious vanilla ice cream to conclude our meal. I also appreciate that they provide colorful activities for children! Just a note: the photo of the watermelon and tomato salad is a bit misleading. We requested the feta and onions on the side, as they typically come mixed in the salad, I believe.

Super you will find on our short stay in Springdale. Jonathan the bar manager was really friendly and made some amazing cocktails. The food was brilliant, I had the spicy crispy chicken that was hot, but not too hot and my other half went with the pig's stall. Starters were delicious, recommend the tasty when politically incorrectly named “Käse Poofs”.

Everything on the menu looks super delicious here. With half the charcuterie/cheese plate (which was very generous!, the Zion salad (damaging aroma) and the lambburger (the burger was juicy, and the frits were amazingly crispy! We loved every dish we had. Would definitely recommend!

This is a fantastic spot to unwind and enjoy a glass of wine after a long day of hiking. The staff was incredibly helpful, and the service was excellent. If you dine on the patio, you'll be treated to a stunning view. They also offer a variety of healthy menu options.
