This is our 2 time's a week go 2. Always perfect food

If I could give this a negative 5 stars I would!!! Absolutely terrible! McDonald's ice cream would've been much safer even if the machine was broke!!! 2-3 people in the ENTIRE place were wearing gloves. I watch one young person handle ice cream scoops without gloves on, then randomly put them on to do another order, then took them off and worked without them taking other orders. A man grabbed an ice cream cone with no gloves, just a napkin!!!! Disgusting!!!! Another employee on her phone behind the register while the lobby was busy. 3 people asked if we had placed our order... Total chaos no one knew what was going on. Terrible communication. Terrible staff. The only good thing was we enjoyed the flavors of our shakes. Our shakes were overflowing then rinsed off in the sink.... Wouldn't recommend anything off this locations menu.. this is a food illness disaster waiting to happen!!!! Braum's is amazing at our local location but wouldn't go here again!! Lots of popular food chains in Springdale are seeming to be disappointing!
