Big Sexy Food Downtown Springdale

This restaurant is fantastic! The atmosphere is incredibly cool, and the staff are truly friendly. The interior is stunning, with something interesting to discover at every turn. It's also impressively clean. The food is outstanding, making it a perfect spot for a romantic date night. I highly recommend it for lunch as well, or just a casual meal out with friends. Food rating: 5/5.

As a side note, there were sticky rubber ducks stuck to the ceiling, and one fell onto our table while we were dining. Who knows how old and dirty it was? While our actual server was wonderful, the behavior of the owners was quite rude, and the other server was genuinely looking to provoke someone. Our server did apologize and acknowledged her rudeness towards Cheryl, yet the owner continued to come after Cheryl—how childish and unprofessional. I’m glad we're just visiting because we will never return. To clarify, we never claimed that everything was good; you asked if we enjoyed the food, and we simply said yes, which ended the conversation. No one offered any apologies for what happened. Are you drunk or just delusional? Either way, you are being rude.

The service was good, but the food was, well, a bit dry and lacking in flavor. The grandma's chicken tasted like it came from anywhere but a grandma's kitchen—not even a Southern grandma's kitchen! And don't get me started on the mashed potatoes; they were definitely not homemade. A huge letdown. The Ricky Ricardo sandwich was dry as well, but on a positive note, the Brussels sprouts were fantastic. The atmosphere was really fun and the servers were friendly. I guess everyone has their own tastes, but coming from the Deep South, we had pretty high expectations.

Surprise date night? Lunch? Quick bite?! From the atmosphere, the staff, to the food, if only I could give 10 stars!! I was really hoping to meet the owner to tell him what an awesome restaurant he had and to thank him for being so creative and giving food a new meaning! Bless...the food was HANDS DOWN...THE BOMB! It was mine and my husband's first time here as it a surprise date night from the hubby and we WILL be back...but we will be bringing friends next time! Just look at this food we ordered, looks don't do it justice!! ?‍? ?

I’m one of the eight friends that didn’t leave and definitely did not enjoy my time here, so please don’t speak for any of us. My food was bought out last and after my friends were already done eating. The bun was stale and the fries were soggy. : not only was the lady that wasn’t even serving us rude to Cheryl. She came up to Cheryl again saying “ what did you just say to me ma’am? “ with a snarky snarl. Cheryl hasn’t said anything. Your server was taking our order. The waitress that interacted with Cheryl was just already expecting to pop off.SIDE NOTE.
