Kfc - Springboro

My fiancé and our 2-year-old went through the drive-thru for lunch today. She handed her credit card to the employee at the window, who unexpectedly fell asleep or passed out while standing at the register, with my fiancé's card still inserted for payment. We don’t want to jump to conclusions about drug use; we just hope the employee gets a good night’s sleep. However, we do not recommend eating at this restaurant, as we ended up throwing away all the food from our lunch and went to Wendy’s instead. We recorded a video of this incident.

The food did not taste fresh, and I had to wait too long in the drive-thru, which was really inconvenient given the busy evening I had with the kids' practice. It wasn't worth the inflated prices.

This location is generally well-managed. Since relocating to Franklin, we have tried many local eateries, and this KFC stood out as one of the best. However, my most recent experience was disappointing. While the staff were friendly and attentive, the food was simply unacceptable. The chicken was old and dry, the biscuits were so dry that I struggled to swallow them, and the bun for the Chicken Little sandwich was as hard as a rock. The chicken itself was dry, tough, and unappetizing.

I got three pieces of chicken that looked like they came from a pigeon and not a chicken. They were so greasy like they have been dumped in the grease after being a day old. I love Kentucky fried Chicken my entire life. But after this experience I'll begoing to Lees from now on
