Jersey Mike's - Springboro

Dirty. Lately I don't know what is the problem, the management, the employee but all the fast food restaurants are dirty. This wasn't the exception.

Jersey Mike's is easily my favorite sub shop, and this franchise does them proud. The staff here is friendly and keeps things moving along well. Ordering here is always a pleasure.

Stopped in on Sunday evening of Memorial day weekend to get a sandwich for my wife and I. When I was paying the kid at the register ask if I wanted to round up? Meaning give the corporate franchise more money, I said no but I would be happy to round down. He responded by tossing my change to me. Will not go back.

I was very impressed by the friendly service I received tonight. Thank you and well done!

I am unsure of the manager's identity, but they have dirty blonde hair in a man bun. The manager took my order and then proceeded to clean the grill without acknowledging me. This has happened on two separate occasions with the same individual. Frustrated by the lack of attention, I left the restaurant at 6:45 pm and decided to dine at Penn Station instead.
