This is the best Mexican food place to eat here in the high desert. I've lived here for 33 years and tried this place a year ago. We are hooked ! We eat here once a week the cheese enchiladas are the best. Fantastic customer service, a warm and friendly environment. I highly recommend Toto's. Seriously, check this place out !
I used to come here all the time when I lived in Victorville. Now I'm 45mins away but when I come to the area I ALWAYS come to Toto's! The owner and beautiful server are so warm and friendly! The food is always delicious and the chips and salsa is perfect!
Some of the best Mexican food in all of the high desert! Highly recommended. Authentic Mexican food and authentic atmosphere. The horchata is soooo good. Service is hands down the best!
