The atmosphere is fun with unique events to look forward to. They post their schedule and food truck times on Facebook.
I really enjoy the atmosphere and charm of this brewery. They offer a wide selection of beers on tap, including a BA-Stout, 2 imperial stouts, a sour, and various lagers and IPAs. The space is open, the location is great, and the staff is friendly and knowledgeable. I highly recommend Back Channel to anyone looking for a new spot to try. With the spacious setting, friendly staff, and regular rotation of food trucks, it's hard not to have a good time here. I can't wait to go back and sample more of their beers.
This restaurant offers excellent customer service and delicious craft beer. It is a fantastic local brewery located in a communal area. The setting is beautiful, especially during the summer with its spacious outdoor seating. Guests will enjoy the food trucks that frequent the location, providing a unique dining experience that is sometimes lacking in the city. Whether arriving by bike or on foot, patrons can relax and savor a fresh beer in a lively and entertaining atmosphere.
While visiting from out of town and pressed for time, the owners of the restaurant were kind enough to let us enter the air-conditioned brewery a few minutes early. We were warmly welcomed and enjoyed a delicious hazy, juicy IPA called JABS, which we rated five stars. Two of the five owners took the time to chat with us about their beers and the brewery's concept, including their logo. If you're a beer enthusiast in Minnesota, this place is a must-visit. It would easily make my list of the top five craft breweries in the state. Thank you for the great hospitality to me and my family. My only suggestion would be for more Minnesota breweries to open earlier!
I have been saying for years that this is my favorite brewery, even when I lived further away. They constantly rotate their beers and the Empress never fails to impress with its light and ever-changing flavors. I also enjoy their Ursula NE IPA and Crushin' Dishes Cream Ale. Their patio offers great views of the lake for the summer. The staff is fantastic as well, always providing helpful recommendations if you're unsure of what to order. I can't recommend this place enough!
