Subway - Spring Hill

Store was nice and the lady was really good at her job. She made my sandwich very well and she was very kind the whole way through the process. Great store and I would recommend anyone to order from here

Great sandwiches looks like new crew is better then the last crew, bread was fresh and delicious, veggies were nice and crisp. Will definitely go back for more 6/24/2021 The platers are also great the crew did a great job

I've been going here for 4 years. I'd like to give feedback about my experience today to help improve this location. I ordered online this time. When I got there at the time the online system said it would be ready a man came out of the back and said he was trying to call me to confirm the order, but I was busy trying to rush to get things done and get to Subway to pick up the order. I put the order in perfectly and there was nothing to confirm. I've never had any restaurant say or do that. They always have the food ready or at least close to ready when you arrive. So we had to wait for the food to be made from the start as not 1 sandwhich was made yet. We have 6 sandwiches, and 10 cookies baking. After we got home we found half the sandwiches had something wrong with them. Also, in the restaurant the dining area floor and all tables were dirty, and all drinks like lemonade were empty. The dining room appeared very ignored. The 3 people there were nice but these issues should be corrected to keep the good service and appearance up this Subway has had in the past. Thank you.

Last night we placed on online order for this location and our order was paid for before we got there. When we arrived, they were closed earlier than the online hours had said. While this was disappointing, today we called and spoke to a very nice gentleman. He was able to see our order and asked what time we would like to pick up our meal from yesterday. When we got there this evening, he apologized and showed me the reason they had to close earlier than expected yesterday. Some of the shipment of dough they had received yesterday made the bread terrible and misshapen. They closed because they didn't want to serve low quality food like that and it was not their fault. Saw it with my own eyes. The toasted sandwiches were fresh, tasted wonderful, and were made to order correctly. He also included some chocolate chip cookies for us for the inconvenience of driving to a closed restaurant last night. I was unsure about one of the new sauces that replaced an old favorite of mine. He made up a cup of the sauce on the side with no hesitation so I could try it at home and see if I liked it. Will be returning and the night shift man is very kind and knows what customer service is about.

The WORST sandwich and service I have ever had. I get the same sandwich every time I go to a subway. The owners were the ones making the sandwich and just talked to each other the whole time. I kept having to repeat what I wanted because she would only hear half of what I told her.
