This location is generally faster than most BUT this time a little too fast. Burned my bread
Service at the Rayford/99 location is just getting worse and worse. We got lucky this time that our order was actually correct for once. I placed an online order to pick up, waited until the time to go inside and pick up, where I was given a receipt andthat it would be out shortly. 15 minutes later, it still wasn't ready. The girl at the front counter couldn't have cared that Ihad been waiting so long. Finally got my hour over a half hour after ordering, which is better than I can say for some of theother patrons inside who had been waiting even longer.
The place was very clean and the food smelled fresh.
Horrible customer service for the drive-through. Always missing something. And we learned the lesson and checked on the spot, she even questioned us: look at your receipt! And yeah, we missed a drink and a fries. And then when we asked if the ketchup isinside there, of course not. Last time the burger is rotten.
