The young man who prepared my order was the new manager and he informed me that he had made some changes to ensure it was done correctly. I trusted him and he took great care of me and my wife. It was her birthday and she wanted a meatball sandwich from Subway (of all things). Her sandwich was made exactly to her liking and the manager, a big guy, had exceptional customer service skills. Don't pay attention to the one-star reviews, he definitely turned things around!
The two staff members working tonight were incredibly focused on customer satisfaction. The service was quick, and the food was fresh and delicious.
The worker at this restaurant this morning was terrible. He looked like he didn't want to be there, was rude, and didn't even bother to ask for my order. He just stared at me as I tried to get his attention. I was tempted to go elsewhere and told him to go home if he didn't want to work. I don't know who hired him, but it was a mistake. As someone in the service industry myself, I would never treat a customer the way he did. I have been to this Subway several times and the service is consistently bad. Something needs to be done about it.
I went 9:01 clock 12/22/2021 and jacob told me that the subway is closed when it recommended 10pm as closing time.
Wish I could give 0 starsThis Subway has been getting worse and worse over the last year but today's experience was simply unacceptable. Mixing up customer orders, not listening to customers instructions, leaving a toasted sandwich on the counter to get cold while helping a customer further back in line, dumping half the toppings on the napkin when closing the sandwich, cutting a footlong sandwich in half then charging me for 2 footlongs!!! I seriously think the guy making my sandwich was high, at one point he picked up a slice of tomato and just stared at it like he didn't know what to do with it. I won't be back.
