Rosemeyer B-q - Spring

We used rosemeyer Bar-B-Q for a community event. I would highly recommend her to eat and catering!

Stopped by here after following the amazing smells!! Super great people with amazing foods!! Brisket is simply wonderful. Ribs, whew let me tell you, you’ll fist fight your brother over the last one. Comparing to corkscrew down the road I give the win to Rosemeyer. Don’t believe me? Try their beans. Then go try Corkscrews beans. You’ll know! I’m curious to see what their beans would be like with some caramelized chunks of pork belly instead of strips of bacon.. ? It won’t be too long before this is a brick and mortar establishment, or maybe a board and tin roof would work better lol. I am upset that I did not get a sausage on a stick though. Seriously though, work on that upsell! To recap, great people, great foods, super yummy beans, work on the upsell! ?

This guy gives corkscrew a run for their money. Brisket was phenomenal. Pork ribs are tender, and have a great, slightly sweet seasoning (Meat Church Honey Hog Will definitely be a regular Saturday stop for us.

Rosemeyer catered an event in my neighborhood. I'm so glad they did. The brisket and pulled pork were amazing. So flavorful... Juicy... And tender... I wasn't a fan of the sauce (although it wasn't needed) nor the Mac and cheese or potato salad... But I will definitely stop by and visit them for the meat. Great customer service. I've had BBQ all across Texas. This guy cooks some of the best brisket I've had. He's a great dude, doing what he loves. Try him out.
