Pho An Sushi 2 - Spring

The food is great this is what brings us back but often we have to go through so many tables before we sit down. They are not bussed or cleaned off and the tables cleared off are not wiped down. There is still crumbs or spilled sauce on it.Last night our server was nice but at 9:02 told us they were closing. I thought he was only asking for me to pay now so I did but he kept coming back reminding us they needed to close and brought us to go bowls. We came in at 8:25 after my kid's activity. She was so hungry. After the 3rd time of him coming in less than 5 minutes I was frustrated. We put our soup in Togo so we could leave. If you look at the ticket you can see how early it was. I'm not sure why he categorized us as a phone order. If the food was not so good I would give up. After last night's experience I'm not sure when we'll be back again. We were regulars.

Ordered delivery from here, the pho broth was cold and some of the rice was starting to get cold. Fortunately, everything tasted pretty solid. Pho is excellent and full of flavor. The sesame chicken was fresh and good, but I probably would try something else next time. Great menu selection, especially if you like sushi. I'll be making a trip to dine in here in the near future for sure!

Our favorite place for Pho. Their beef broth is amazing. The people are great. We’ve had the sushi as well the sushi chef does a great job! Wait staff and management are very nice. We actually eat here weekly have seen a couple of bad reviews that were shocking, but I think those customers might have gone to a different restaurant or just have unmeetable expectations ¯ (ツ) ¯

This is my usual spot. I get the same thing every time. Today what I received was not my usual order and they gas lit me saying that it was and that basically I was wrong. The meat they also gave me was still frozen and they told me to just heat it up. When I complained the girl said she was going to talk to the manager. But instead she hangs up on me. All I wanted was a refund since this is not what I wanted. I drove back to the store to give them back the food and get my refund. I shouldn’t have even had to drive back at this point but they didn’t want to give me a refund. Everything I said about my food they had a way I could “fix” it or I was wrong about what my food was. I’m so disappointed because I liked this place up until today. One person doesn’t make a difference but I’m not coming back here since they were rude and I’m assuming changed the menu…even though I know they gave me the wrong thing but couldn’t admit it.

I’m sorry but the service here was so bad. I had high expectations because of the reviews but there was only about four tables with two servers but it took ten minutes for a glass of water. Then when my food did come there was a bug on the side of my dish. I’m glad I saw that before I started eating.Food: 1/5
