Los Ranchitos - Spring

When we ordered catering for 20 people of their Parrilladas they were less than half full in their containers and when we called to request where was an order for Jumbo shrimp that we confirmed two times, the manager blatantly lied and denied that we ordered it even though we confirmed everything with her after we placed the order. Will never order from here again and hope no one does either.

I'm only giving this place 2 stars because the salsa was really really good and the service was ok too. However, the food was horrible! I think it might have been an accident and too much salt fell in the making of the food because my food tasted like salt! My husband said his food was overly salty too. My plate was $17 I wanted to get a refund, but I just left it alone. I will never go back to this place. I would like to give it another chance, but All that salt I only ate 3 bites and my stomach was upset until the next day. Did not like my margarita either it was too sweet.

I recently visited this restaurant for a lunch with a friend. There are plenty of lunch specials to choose from providing a good selection. I ordered the chicken fajita quesadilla. I expected a whole quesadilla. When the food arrived it was half of a quesadilla. I referred back to the menu online when I returned home to find that I had not misread anything. However, on the appetizer menu it does break it down half a quesadilla and a whole quesadilla. I was disappointed when the food arrived. However, this was a birthday celebration lunch and I did not want to put a damper on the meal. Fix your menu!!

Hey everyone just went to Los tres ranchitos restaurant, we ordered to go. My husband said that I would like it because they actually have shredded chicken! Lol. The food was amazing! The portions are large! We had a couple items that were missing off our to go order. Which was a large order. And my son went back to get what was missing. We also ended up ordering another meal because it was so good. Not only did they not charge us for the extra meal. They immediately made everything right! And to top it off they gave us a few extra meals for free just because! We will definitely be back! Love the food, love the service, love Los Tres Ranchitos!!!!

My initial review of this place was of take-out food very close to the beginning of the pandemic. It was a bit rough. I really thought I should give them a chance to do better. The other day I came in for a lunch special--chile relleno with rice and refrieds. Service was very good--really fast food delivery. I only had a few minutes to eat their chips and salsa. Their salsa is served warm, and this salsa, unlike some I've had, seemed made to be served that way. The chile relleno was decent, a nice savory sauce but I don't know if it would displace my favorites. The rice and beans were good. Got a generous serving of guacamole. The interior of the place is what I really wanted to see. And it's a very appealing version of the standard Mexican place--lots of commercial art, color scheme chosen to increase your appetite. A nice place to come with your family. The restroom was fine, though they do use the hallway as a storage area so be careful if you are mobility impaired. Overall, glad I came back.
