Jack In The Box - Spring

The service has always been good and the food as expected.

We didn't get any food. This whole place smells like a dirty men's room. We needed to go to the restroom. It was unbreathable in there. Poop paper and pee everywhere. I thought I was going to throw up. We ended up deciding against a snack from there. I can't imagine eating there. If that's what they present to customers, imagine with the back looks like

Order on the app around 1am and when I came to pick up my food they claimed the grill was broken. They also had one of the employees outside under a hood of a car working on it . lol don’t eat here this place its ghetto .

The child that took care of us was obviously upset that we came back to fix our order. We were missing curly fries for one of our entrees and when we came his demeanor showed it. He requested we didn’t giggled during our interaction as it made him difficult to understand us according the o him. When we explain what we were missing our turnaround was still for nothing as our curly firs were still missing. We finally got them. I don’t stop at fast food restaurants. This is one of the reasons why.
