Huti's 5 Free-fire Grill - Spring

I'm feeling unsure about this restaurant, much like I do with larger chain establishments. I believe they could enhance the flavor and quality of their food. The concept is promising, but it hasn't completely won me over yet.

The atmosphere was pleasant, but it could use some additional lighting. The service was outstanding; our server was incredibly attentive and friendly. The food was also very good.

The dishes boast excellent recipes and can be exceptional. However, during my visit, the meat, chicken, and pork appeared to have been sitting out for a while and seemed to be reheated. It's essential to ensure that the food is served fresh off the grill. I might consider returning next time. Keep in mind that some ingredients, like quinoa and guacamole, come with an additional charge and can add up quickly. The portion sizes were sufficient.

It's a unique offering, but not a unique concept. You'll recognize the popular assembly line style of ordering similar to that of Freebirds, Mod Pizza, etc. The food is fresh, the flavors are good, the service is fast. It's a well thought out and cleanspace. And they have sweet tea!
