Hartz Chicken Buffet - Spring

The place was quite disappointing, and the buffet wasn't available. There were beer cans and trash piled up in front of the entrance. What kind of chicken restaurant closes at 6:00 PM on a Tuesday? The following day, we received offers, only to find that the portions were smaller than nuggets. Don't waste your time or money here—choose a different Hartz location!

This restaurant seems to be struggling financially. They only offer hot wings and limit orders, which feels like a cost-saving measure. It looks like they've reduced their staff, and even their 10-year-old son is manning the cash register. While some of the employees are doing their best to maintain the buffet line, during my visit, there was no coleslaw available, and the ice machine was empty. I even had to request a cup of ice cream. I really hope they can make some improvements, or they might have to close down.

The okra was extremely tough and difficult to eat. It's not acceptable to serve customers food that isn't properly cooked. It seemed like the okra had been refried. The chicken was slightly better, but still not impressive. The rolls were undercooked and hadn't risen properly. I’ve decided to choose a different Hartz location from now on. If roast chicken isn’t your specialty, perhaps it’s time to reconsider your business. Additionally, the fish had a very thick, hard crust, which didn't work well either.

Some of the worst food I had from every Hartz franchise! Considering it was just dinner time, everything should have been hot and fresh, but no. My 2-piece all-white tasted as if it had been for a while, and the thin breast was mostly bread / crust with little taste. The 7 offers Nabeby received TINY, like the wing on my dinner. They were made of Okra, potato mash were watery, and they forgot to pack the extra rolls we had paid extra. We have our meals to go, but noticed signs in the register name, No refund at the buffet. Two scholarship holders paid for buffets while we picked up our order, but then the staff, please ask more food than not much was on the serving line. They were told to eat what was there. We'll never stop at this place again. Waste of money.

I drove through the drive through on my lunch break and inquired about their single specials, she mentioned it I ordered but I realized that i need more so i got right out of line and drove to the front and walked in. I told her I needed to cancel that order and start over again and she was so rude I couldn 't believe her response. She told me I 'm not serving you and she walked off, so I didn 't say anything and left immediately. Not good ground!
