Dutch Bros Coffee - Spring

I came today they keep messing up my order i went and i ask for new the cup was nasty. rude customers service they keep talking not paying attention ived notice everytime i orde my drink is not always right starbuck if the order is not right they dont ask it baack th is contaminated they will let you keep it but i dont care if they took it back the employee keep talking and not paying attention i ask for gold eagle w coffee they keep serving chai tea i went if they can fix it same thing with full caramel drizzle out side my cup it happen today aroung 12pm not coming back here anymore.its seems all the employees seems racist and rude

I always have a great experience when I go to Dutch Bros...I've been to several locations and each and every one of the employees have great customer service, it's hard no to tip because they deserve it! I haven't been to any other coffee shop since...I really wish they would add cake pops to their menu they would have me sold, seeing that they are very kind friendly and have a ton of options to choose from!

2023 in top 1% of a competitors buyer...since Dutch Bros opened near me...prices better, coffee better and have not been back to the competition!!

Love thus place. They have someone out taking your order so you are paid and ready to grab your drink when you get to the window.

Ordered a large rebel drink with strawberry boba and they forgot the boba so I went back the drive through and they took the drink back from me and barley put any boba in it. I had to stir it for over 5 minutes to get any of the boba to go to the bottom of the drink. A little bummed.
