Chila's Kitchen Mexican Grill - Spring

Terrible service. Clueless staff! Asked for a top shelf margarita... Got a frozen house margarita with a top shelf shot. I tried to ask why it was like that, and they couldn't even explain it to me. I still got charged 15 bucks for it!! Also, apparently I wasn't important enough to be brought silverware, napkins, or even a straw for my water. I took one of the little black straws from the bar. (As seen in photo) Nobody seemed to care enough to ask me if I wanted a regular sized one! Straight up terrible. I will not be back there, ever!

Best Mexican restaurant in spring!! With amazing food, margaritas and services!! The manager Hernan always makes sure you’re good and enjoying everything! 10/10 would recommend!!

If you're looking for chimichangas or puffy corn shells with nacho cheese sauce you're not going to find them here. This is AUTHENTIC Mexican food, NOT Tex Mex. After eating here for the first time, I don't understand how they are not on a wait. The salsa roja was served hot as it should be. The empanada appetizer was amazing! The shells were crispy and flaky. The filling was hot and cheesy. I will likely return for those alone. The asado de res and the mole were both cooked to perfection. You're not going to need a fork to take either of them apart. Both dishes were served with homemade corn tortillas the likes of which you'll have a hard time finding anywhere nearby. If I had more room in my stomach I would have continued to eat. My meal was EXCELLENT! The wife and I were both very impressed and we will definitely be returning! I am super excited to find real Mexican food so close to home. I personally preferred the red rice to the green rice as well as the charro beans versus the refried beans but everything we ordered was delicious. You don't need an oversized margarita to enjoy the food here. Just bring your appetite. You won't leave hungry. ??????????
