Adam And Madam - Spring

After yesterday lunch, which left a strong feeling in my stomach, I thought it would be good to eat something better for you... so I drove to Old Town Spring and stopped in a pretty new place called 'Adam and Madam ' Galleristro. It is a gallery, bistro, gifts, jewelry place with a sign at their door say; 'Eat Drink Shop Smile'. It sits back from Midway and has a patio area that reminds you of New Orleans. Adam and Madam are a cultural gift store that shows the art of the local artist in the area. I ran around and met Adam who worked everywhere. We talked for a while and he explained what it is about. 'Madam' was not here at this time, but she deals with various events they will have here. You have some really cool artworks with blues playing in the background and not loud. This place makes you very relaxed and pleasant ... very unique in itself. I decided it was time to eat lunch and I saw the many possibilities they have here and ordered 'the Dali'; Turkey, Havarti, Baby Spinach, Apple, Mozzarella on Tiger Grain Bread. You can also order Potato Salad, but I chose chips instead. My drink is Clear American Ice Black Raspberry. While Adam made the sandwich, I looked at the place again and I like the Art Work. There are some talented artists in the area. My order is finished, so I went back to the counter and picked it up and sat at one of their very unique tables and clear chairs. My sandwich is served in a basket and it looks very delicious. They grill their sandwiches here and they come out beautifully. My first bite told me this is really Tastylicious. Everything in this sandwich blends perfectly and is enough gooeyness with a grilled crunch to make this a delicious sandwich. The black raspberry drink is delicious with the right amount of bubbles and taste. Go to Old Town Spring and look at her. They'll be rewarded as delicious as I am. Adam and Madam is an Unique Quaint 'Galleristro' that has a lot of charm and delicious food.

I just found out that the first Sunday every month is a jazz brunch! Set menu, 5 course meal with endless mimosas!

Great atmosphere, food and just being the place to get away from everything. Thanks for providing a room we can be so comfortable and close and personal with great entertainment.

Tried Adam and Madam out today. And the panini was done perfectly. Crispy on the outside and perfectly warm and malty on the inside. Will be getting my lunch from them more often.

The excitement is building in anticipation of Adam and Madam's Grand Opening and I cannot wait!
