I placed the order through Uber Eats, and the pickup at the restaurant was quick and efficient. The grilled vegetables added a wonderful variety of flavors, and the garlic sauce was irresistible—it didn't last long at all! The picture below shows what was left after my family thoroughly enjoyed our meal. We had plenty of French fries too!
I ordered two zingers, and the fried chicken was old and tough to chew. There was an excessive amount of cheese that wasn't melted. This isn't the first time I've had a disappointing experience here. This place is conveniently located, and we used to visit often, but now we won't be returning. Don’t waste your money and time on this location; it has become terrible!
I visited this restaurant with my family around 12:47 and ended up waiting for 15-20 minutes to place our order. Unfortunately, the staff member inside was quite rude and ignored me when I tried to inquire about the delay. His response was disrespectful, and he shouted at me while I was patiently waiting. Overall, it was a frustrating and unpleasant experience. 06/25/2022 - I found the staff's behavior unacceptable.
The five stars come from a certain population that does not know the riches of Arab street fruits, because this place was disappointing when they know their schawarma. I guess the only plus side was that my money went into a local business when repenting the spending in a chain. although next time I would decide whataburger if it were on the road at midnight. I got the chicken zinger with riding at $13.5 and the chicken was not cinging, the garlic sauce was weak, and the riders felt like they were made in a carton factory. the fries had a low potato content to tack ratio, as dry, it tasted like a crisp. the tortilla wrap was grilled after need and was carburized. they had four pieces of plastered veggies that come like those from a shop-bought crug, and it was not with plastered turnip as they should. overall, I would give this place 4/10. believe the disappointed customers and spend elsewhere lol. that's on me.
We placed an order online this week, at around 6:30. My husband drove 30 minutes to pick it up and at 6:44 got a text notification that the order was ready. He arrived at the location to pick up our order but the person at the location said our order was never received. Our credit card was charged, but a detailed receipt was never sent. I tried to remember what it was and told the guy at the food truck and he wrote it down, walked off and my husband thought he was doing something, but no, he just left the place completely. The next guy walked up 20 minutes later and asked if he was waiting for something and my husband said yes, my order. So they went through the whole order again, and the guy made the order meanwhile another lady walked up after placing an online order that never made it to the location either.Who knows if we actually got what we paid for. Decent food, but not worth the two hours that it took to get and not worth the headache and poor customer service. It was a large order for our whole family and was a $147 charge.I’ve already reached out via their “contact us” on their website with no response.
