One of the best restaurants of spoleto in one of the most beautiful and recreational squares of the city.

We arrived in a beautiful sunny day, and despite it was February it allowed us to eat outdoors. .. very kind person despite the young age, a beautiful promise... we ordered the first...strangages to the crunchy artichokes and cheeks for me, fettuccine to the white ragù of boar for my husband... everything excellent... my strangozzi were perfect both cooking and taste, well mantled and really creamy. The fettuccine were superlative. ..just cooking of the pasta, great ragù with many pieces of meat so soft to melt in the mouth... really unmissable! !I also recommend the salad of speck artichokes and scaglie di pecorino.. A real leccornia. . water everything with good wine.. that certainly does not miss... insomma...if you make a stop to snowy it is worth the climb..because coming to the top you expect good food... good appetite!
