Taste Of India - Spokane

I tried the chana masala and it was amazing! Indian cuisine can often be heavy and greasy if not prepared well, but here it was light and incredibly tasty. The staff is extremely friendly and accommodating!

The food was tasty and the service was excellent. However, I was disappointed to find that there were only two vegan options in the buffet. I would have liked to see more variety for vegans.

Taste of India is the best Indian food I have ever tasted. Whenever we travel, we make it a point to try Indian restaurants, but none of them compare to Taste of India. Their spices are perfectly balanced. My partner is vegan and they have a wide variety of dishes for him. Our favorite is the eggplant bartha without cream, which is absolutely fabulous. The atmosphere is very comfortable, making it ideal for larger family gatherings. The staff is wonderful and always helpful with any questions about the menu.
