Starbucks - Spokane

The customer service at this restaurant was extremely friendly. It is truly appreciated to encounter such pleasant and personable staff members. They were so fantastic that I felt compelled to call the manager later that day to praise the outstanding team that she has working for her.

I went through the drive-thru at Starbucks and Aria immediately recognized my voice, knowing exactly what I ordered. I wanted to tip her $5.00, but she informed me that Starbucks does not accept tips on cards. I highly recommend visiting this Starbucks location.

As a six-month pregnant woman, I have specific things that bring me joy. Two days after Thanksgiving, decorating makes me happy. I decided to enhance the experience with a Christmas Starbucks drink and, the highlight, a cranberry bliss bar. Unfortunately, the first two Starbucks locations we visited were out of the treat, which was disheartening. Just when I was about to give up hope, I called the Starbucks at the Y to inquire if they had any left. Luckily, Heidi answered the phone and made my Christmas wish come true by saving two cranberry bliss bars for me. My husband kindly drove me to pick them up, and I was overjoyed. Thank you for making my day! :)

This is by far my favorite Starbucks and I've been to them all! The staff is so sweet and my drink is always spot on!

They need a better drive thru but the coffee is great
