Przekaż informację zwrotnąI had been looking forward to checking this place out for a bit. I have some dietary restrictions and the menu indicated I would be safe eating here. I asked about ingredients in some items and since I didn 't get super confident answers I opted for the safer option and skipped the bun. Everything tasted really good, but the experience was kinda tarnished by a nearly 40 min wait, plus the super sad vegan patty on a bed of greens actually being about 6 pieces of arugula and costing $10.
First time trying this restaurant. We ordered using UberEats. We ordered 3 meals. They only sent one. We waited over an hour to find out only one of us received our food. My son ordered the breakfast sandwich. He said he’s had better at fast food restaurants. His meal was supposed to have French fries but instead they gave him extremely burnt sweet potato tater tots. Not a good first impression! I asked the driver if he forgot the rest of the order and he said the restaurant insured him that was the entire order.
There was nothing incredible about incredi burger. Our server, Erin, was really sweet, she was even really sweet to my children. But I think she may have been having an off day as she was extremely forgetful. We ordered an appetizer that never showed up. When we told her about it she said she would pay for it and go put it in. I don't know what happened, but we never got it. The lettuce that I got as a side to my burger was completely brown and wilty. It was legitimately unedible. A couple of us got some fried chicken with our burger, and it was so overcooked that the breading tasted like old burnt fry oil. Not to mention that the chicken was extremely dry as well. There were too many other small things to mention here, but it just seemed like a headache to have to ask for every little thing at every point during our meal. I truly do believe that tips stands for to ensure proper service, and Erin if you're reading this, I apologize that your tip was so small. But we don't feel like we got the proper service we deserved for the size of the bill that we were charged. And we feel like the size of the bill was not justified for how terrible the quality of food was. I am sure everybody working at that restaurant has the best intentions, but we won't be back. This is the second time we've eaten there, and both times it has been utterly disappointing. P.S. the women's bathroom was disgusting!
The restaurant was pretty good. The yogurt parfait, fries, and tater tots were all super yummy. However, there was quite a wait even though there weren't many people. I think they may be a bit understaffed. Despite this, I am looking forward to coming back.
I ordered the crispy buttermilk chicken sandwich through DoorDash. The delivery was on time but unfortunately, the sandwich was overcooked and lacked cheese. I did enjoy the bread and butter pickles that were on the sandwich, a unique touch that you don't often find. However, despite the menu indicating that it came with fries, none were included.
