Domino's Pizza - Spokane

I had a disappointing experience with a pizza I ordered from the Hamilton store this time. It was not up to the usual quality I've come to expect. Since it was a Sunday, that might have been a factor. I would recommend avoiding ordering on Sundays or on the 8th.

I waited an additional 11 minutes, and still, no order had arrived. Feeling like they had forgotten me, I decided to call. Eventually, they brought my order, but there was no apology for the delay or acknowledgment of my time being wasted. I was on my lunch break from work, so every minute counted, which is why I opted for online ordering in the first place. After leaving the store, I received a call about 10 minutes later informing me that they had mistakenly given me someone else's order. By that point, I was already late returning to work since my entire lunch break had been consumed waiting. Fortunately, my bosses are understanding, so I turned around and returned the wrong order. Yet again, no apology was offered for the mistake! Even though I didn't touch the order or open the pizza boxes, I sincerely hope they remade the order for that customer instead of giving them the old one. It's simply unacceptable to serve someone else's food; I personally wouldn't eat something that mistakenly left the store. This marks the second time this month I've experienced a delay with car side delivery, and this was far worse than the first. I hope the restaurant takes this review seriously and becomes more considerate of people's time, along with improving their communication. By the time I finally got to eat my pizza, it was already cold, which only added to my disappointment!

The Hamilton location is the best! Thank you for consistently making my pizza just right.

I have frequented this location quite a bit and typically overlook their mistakes. However, being treated like a pariah when I attempted to address a $7 error is just unacceptable and absurd.

I came home to find that I only received two pieces of pizza, and when I tried to speak to the manager about it, he wouldn't tell me his name for my complaint to corporate. I would highly recommend not ordering from this place.
