Chipotle Mexican Grill - Spokane

This restaurant is truly terrible, do not go here. They specialize in serving half portions. The staff member who handles to-go orders is careless and it's disheartening.

It seems that the restaurant had been busy all day when we went for dinner around 6pm, as they were out of lettuce, tomatoes, and my wife's favorite salsa. We were disappointed to find out that they still charged for her guacamole, but only gave a small portion. When she asked for more halfway through her meal, they wanted to charge an additional $2.55. Overall, we were not satisfied with our experience at this location. The tables were messy, trash was overflowing, and there was a huge mound of ice at the drink machine. We will not be returning.

My wife and I used to enjoy dining at this restaurant when we first moved into the area almost 4 years ago. However, over the years, we have noticed a decline in the quality of service. The employees often seem disinterested and fail to communicate effectively, leading to long wait times and confusion with orders. It appears that only one person is allowed to work each station per shift, resulting in employees standing around and customers being neglected. Additionally, towards the end of the night, they frequently run out of food items. As a result of these issues, we have decreased our frequency of visits from several times a week to once a month, hoping they have what we want in stock.

Very tasty fresh taco chips. Server was agreeable mostly pleasant. All the options looked fresh neat. Better than I remembered!

Your training and customer service is going to doom your location. The only people standing around more than your prospective customers are your Staff. I have walked out twice now and will not return. You need to get your act
