Zip's Drive In - Spokane Valley

Avoiding the kiosk because I had cash, I was nicely greeted and taken care of by the window guy (who had a line of cars). My Papa Joe’s were good, but a gal in the kitchen was munching on fries while announcing that she’s going grocery shopping, and worse than that was the fries themselves. They were pale uncooked in the middle. Attached to this review are pics. The lobby was clean organized.

Prices are ridiculous, they charged me almost $3 for a baby Ice cream cone and almost $15 for 2 other ice creams.

Ordered 2 belly buster meals, the patty was dried out small,and you only had the thinnest dried out peice of tomato that was only skin,barley lettuce, 1 peice of burnt bacon, not only that the fries were the most disgusting brown looking old grease taste and cold! The only reason I haven't called this zips is because my call wouldn't be nice! This zips at this location is the worst I've experienced and this happened over year ago and I thought I'd try them again only to be disappointed once again, not sure if it's the lack of caring these young workers here or just that this zips has gone to ..outerspace. definitely not worth the $28. Or even looking into this zips. However the best service and food quality in all my 20 yrs of eating at zips will always be the one on Monroe Street!!

I ordered shrimp with tater tots. The shrimp was over cooked and the tater tots were fried with no salt. At least the shake was ok. Wish I could post a picture of the shrimp. Called said they would change out the fries for the tater tots. I asked if she would reimburse my gas. She said I probably had more money than her. I am on a small pension. Go to a different zips avoid this one.

Not all Zips are the same, but this is one of the top tier ones. Great food, super fast service.
