Taco Time - Spokane Valley

One of my favorite fast food spots. The food is consistently good, the staff is friendly, and the dining area is always well maintained.

After placing my order, I drove up to the window, where I was greeted again with a smile from someone who truly enjoys his job and excels in customer service. We had a pleasant conversation while my food was being prepared. When my order was ready, he handed it to me and even encouraged me to come back and dine in again. Thank you, "Titan," for being such a wonderful and polite individual—the world certainly needs more people like you. I believe you have the potential to teach our youth important values. I really hope you receive a promotion, become employee of the month, or get a raise—you truly deserve it. Taco Time, if you happen to see this, please take care of this young man; he embodies everything you want in a representative for your brand. Thanks again, Titan, and I hope this recognition serves you well.

This Taco Time on Sprague and Thierman serves the best crispy meat burrito. It's made with real meat—not mixed with beans. The food here is delicious! However, when I stopped by this afternoon to grab my favorites, I found the place closed with no notice on the doors. I'm shocked! I really hope they return soon. Please tell me you're coming back!

I visited on January 21, 2022, and found that my tots were cold since I didn’t realize I had arrived close to closing time (7:45 PM). However, I turned around and went back through the drive-thru to let them know. They were incredibly accommodating and made a fresh batch for me! Excellent customer service!

The food is excellent, but I can't help feeling that the prices are more fitting for a five-star restaurant. I mean, no soft-shell taco should cost more than $2, right? And certainly not over $3. However, theirs are priced at $3.99, while Taco Bell charges only $1.59. Sure, Taco Time’s soft tacos are larger, but they don't really need to be that big. In fact, they're so oversized that they resemble burritos! Why not serve a smaller, more affordable soft taco to compete with other fast-food chains? Anyway, that's my two cents.
